Under the framework contract Arrow (IT Consultancy Services for Project Management, Business Analysis and Testing), our Expand Consortium will support EIB in strengthening and evolving its digital ecosystem. Over the next 6 years, we will provide specialised expertise across project management, business analysis, and software testing - key capabilities that underpin the Bank’s mission to deliver high-impact, future-ready financial and infrastructure initiatives across the EU and beyond.
This contract comes with a maximum ceiling of €160 million, underscoring both the scale and the strategic significance of the work ahead.
