Keep the current Confluence Data Center instance stable, secure, documented and supportable until migration

Prepare and technically enable the migration of COMP Wiki to the future target platform, very likely WikiX.

Strong knowledge of Confluence administration, storage format, spaces, page trees, permissions, attachments, macros, plugins, indexing, backups and REST APIs.

Ability to build repeatable extraction, transformation and validation scripts using APIs, SQL, Python/Bash, XML/HTML/JSON exports, attachment handling and automated reconciliation reports.

Ability to analyse the current wiki structure, clean and classify content, map spaces/pages/labels/metadata/permissions to the target platform, and identify migration risks such as unsupported macros, broken links, obsolete content or confidential restrictions.

Proactive: anticipates issues, proposes solutions, and does not wait to be instructed on every step.

Service-oriented and ownership mindset: understands that COMP Wiki is a business-critical service for case handlers and knowledge users; takes responsibility for the platform and follows issues through to resolution

Accurate and reliable: works carefully, especially on permissions, backups, data extraction and migration validation.
