Create Vision and Business Case documents or contribute in developing Vision and Business Case documents

Functional requirements and business cases analysis

Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and solutions using appropriate documentation standards

Provide input for the software development process

Tracking of the activities against the plan and provision of reports

Provision of expert opinion, advice and recommendations

Participation in meetings - both internal and meetings with contractors and stakeholders

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.

Excellent organisational and soft skills with the ability to deliver high quality results.

Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.

Good knowledge of iterative project management methodologies (e.g. Agile).

Good knowledge of business analysis, modelling, tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship model etc).

Experience in product scope definition, requirements elaboration, experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community, as well as technical knowledge in specific areas (e.g. UML modelling).

Ability to give business and technical presentations

Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Capability to write clear and structured technical documents

Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
