Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions

Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation

Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action)

Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders

Pointing stakeholders to relevant solutions and best practices

Assist users in the effective use of IT tools in the Unit

Regularly inform stakeholders about knowledge repository updates relevant to the adoption path

Propose and implement tasks and activities further contributing to the most effective adoption

Enhance the presence of Essential Digital Skills learning activities on the European Commission’s LMS solution, EU Learn, ensuring a positive user experience

B2 level of English minimum. Any level of French is an asset.

Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools

Knowledge in using tools to build stakeholder maps

Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports

Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)

Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills

Knowledge of IT portfolio of applications used at the EC such as EU Learn would be an asset.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Good drafting skills and strong capacity in preparing and writing reports

Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated approach

Ability to keep track of a complex environment and with a number of projects at different phases of the project lifecycle, working on different solutions
