Someone who will be dedicated to the AXA website, working on optimizing and increasing organic traffic (part of the scope, but THE main thing).

Experienced, no real number of years defined but preferably someone with a background in banking/insurance because they need to have that kind of corporate knowledge (processes etc.). For us internally, let's say target around 4-5 years minimum.

Dutch native, but needs to have a good level of French too because the French copywriters need to sometimes translate things from the Dutch copywriters and vice versa.

Very good knowledge of SEO best practices and keeping up with trends (since Google changes things constantly).

Nice to have: Website/Web Accessibility knowledge

Duration: not change, contracts at AXA are yearly because their budget is yearly, so they can only be extended one year at a time

Presence onsite: 4 days/month minimum (usually all Mondays onsite, and then if needed for important workshops, trainings etc.)
