The HERMES business-led transformation programme will be delivered through a phased approach:

Phase 1: definition of a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases, leading to ERP tool selection.

Phase 2: translation of the approved TOM into contractual business requirements, leading to the selection of a system integrator and the establishment of a fixed-price contractual baseline.

The Business Analyst support profile(s) will support the HERMES programme across these phases by providing structured documentation, formalisation and analysis support to Senior Business Analysts, contributing to the production of clear, consistent and traceable deliverables.

The role reports operationally to the Programme Manager and works in close collaboration with Stream Leaders and Senior Business Analysts, who retain accountability for stream-level decisions, content and validation.

University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

Strong ability to structure and document business information

Proven experience (minimum 1 year, typically 1–3 years) in business analysis, documentation or project support roles for sourcing and procurement services

Experience supporting workshops and capturing business inputs

Experience working in structured project environments

2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or project environments

Experience in documenting business processes, requirements or structured deliverables

Exposure to ERP or finance-related projects is an asset

Business analysis and documentation practices

Process documentation and requirements structuring techniques

Good understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes

Structured ways of working in project or programme environments

Competencies and skills to be demonstrated

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, clear and consistent documentation

Ability to translate business discussions into structured and usable outputs

Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple inputs and deliverables

Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders

Ability to work under the guidance of Senior Business Analysts while ensuring reliability and consistency of outputs
