Preparation and packaging of desktops, hybrid devices, tablets, and other IT equipment;

Installation and setup of desktops, hybrids, tablets, and related IT equipment;

Maintaining accurate administrative and inventory records;

Scheduling and coordinating delivery plans;

Inspecting incoming IT materials to ensure they match orders;

Supporting the development of workload planning;

Evaluating straightforward user requests within the RFC domain;

Assisting with logistical processes for order tracking and receipt;

Assisting in hard- and software troubleshooting and user support;

Managing physical inventories and stock levels.

On top of the above-mentioned requested services, the following activities are requested to be performed by the contractor and his consultants:

The Logistic Support Operator (LSO) will be integrated in the team and will work as a team, in cooperation with other LSAs of the team. S/he must communicate and provides diversified IT and logistical support to users.

An ICT background (Strong autonomy and expertise in utilizing IT business management tools and Solid understanding of IT consumer market products) and a very good knowledge of both French and English is required for this position.
