The role spans four distinct but interrelated workstreams:

Testing — defining test cases, executing end-to-end system testing, documenting results

Knowledge Management — building and populating a SharePoint-based knowledge hub, producing methodology content (PM², Agile), migrating existing content

Training & User Adoption — developing training materials, onboarding packs, supporting go-live

Stakeholder Communication — preparing Steering Committee presentations, supporting change management
