Thinking analytically: being able to assess the impact of UI design and usability changes, in collaboration with our data analyst and  insight team, is key.

Enrich our Design System that ensures unified and cohesive experiences  across all the client's digital content platforms (Mobile & web).

Facilitate the fact that UI team items are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality.

Articulate design choices and communicate concepts and vision to  business and technical stakeholders through wireframes, mockups,  prototypes, and written specifications.

Interaction design + Accessibility standards knowledge

Excellent time and task management: the projects will need to be released on time and on quality 

Strong interpersonal skills : be able to confidently make — and explain — data and user backed design decisions
